• List of machinery and equipment used

• List of food products handled or manufactured

• NOC from local body / municipality

• Water analysis report from a recognized lab

• Import Export Code (IEC) for exporters/importers

• Nomination of a person in charge (Form IX)

• Food safety management plan / certificate

• Ministry of Commerce certificate (for export units)

• DGFT approval (for importers)

• Certificate from the Ministry of Tourism (for hotels)
