• Utility bill (not older than 2 months)

• Declaration by professional (CA/CS/CMA)

• Bank Account (via partner banks)

1. Login to MCA Portal – Access the SPICe+ service under “MCA Services”.

2. Fill SPICe+ Part A – Reserve company name (up to 2 names allowed).

3. Fill SPICe+ Part B – Enter incorporation details such as registered office, capital, and director details.

4. Attach Required Documents – MOA, AOA, NOC, address proofs, and declarations.

5. eSign using DSCs – All subscribers and professionals must digitally sign.

6. Submit & Pay Fees – Based on authorized capital and state.

7. Certificate of Incorporation (COI) issued by MCA.
